Join Us for Wadsworth’s Memorial Day Parade – Honoring Our Heroes

On Sunday, May 26th at 10:30 AM, the Wadsworth Memorial Day Parade will step off from downtown Wadsworth and proceed to Woodlawn Cemetery, where a heartfelt ceremony will be held to honor the brave men and women who served our country.

The ceremony will take place by the flagpole, where Mayor Robin Laubaugh will join the community in paying tribute to our fallen heroes. A newly constructed concrete patio surrounding the flagpole will beautifully showcase memorial wreaths in their honor.

The Friends of Woodlawn Cemetery will open the historic mausoleum, which has recently undergone thoughtful renovations, for public viewing. This is a special opportunity to connect with local history and reflect on the sacrifices made by generations past.

Let us gather as a community to remember, reflect, and give thanks to those who gave all for our freedom.
